Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Bulkomatic, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

Bulkomatic is a mockup composer and listing preparation tool for Etsy sellers. It lets you upload mockups and artwork, define placement regions, save templates, and push draft listings to your connected Etsy shop. Bulkomatic creates drafts only; it does not automatically publish listings as active.

3. Etsy account and permissions

To push drafts to Etsy, you must connect a valid Etsy seller account and authorize Bulkomatic through Etsy’s OAuth flow. You are responsible for complying with Etsy’s Terms of Use, Seller Policy, and API terms. Bulkomatic’s access is limited to the permissions you grant during connection.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the mockups, artwork, and listing content you upload. You grant Bulkomatic the right to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service, including creating drafts and uploading images to your Etsy shop.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on anyone else’s rights and that your Etsy listings comply with Etsy’s policies and applicable laws.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Bulkomatic to violate Etsy’s policies or any law
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Upload malware, infringing material, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Bulkomatic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that drafts will be accepted by Etsy, that images will appear exactly as previewed, or that the service will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing every draft listing in Etsy before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundial Works LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bulkomatic, including lost sales or Etsy account issues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect your Etsy shop at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sundial Works LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
