1. Information we collect

Bulkomatic collects the information you provide when you create an account, build templates, upload mockups and artwork, and connect your Etsy shop. This includes:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Mockup and artwork images you upload
• Template settings (placement regions, blend modes, listing defaults)
• Etsy OAuth tokens needed to create drafts in your Etsy shop
• Generated listing metadata and batch history

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Provide the Bulkomatic mockup composer and listing generator
• Save your templates so you can reuse them later
• Create draft Etsy listings and upload composited images when you choose to push to Etsy
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Storage and security

Your data is stored in the Bulkomatic backend database and file storage, hosted on the Lovable Cloud platform. Images and credentials are stored with encryption in transit. Access to production data is limited to the app owner and is only used for support and maintenance.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for reviewing the Etsy drafts Bulkomatic creates before publishing them.

4. Third-party services

Bulkomatic connects to the Etsy API to create draft listings in your shop. When you connect your Etsy account, you authorize Bulkomatic to act on your behalf according to the permissions you approve. Etsy’s handling of your data is governed by Etsy’s own privacy policy and terms of service.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Cookies and session storage

Bulkomatic uses session cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in. These are required for the app to function and are not used for tracking across other sites.

6. Your rights and choices

You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time from the Settings → Etsy page. You can also delete your templates and batches within the app. To request deletion of your account or to ask questions about your data, contact us at the email below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
